Choreographic Radio at The International Tanzkongress 2016 in Hannover

Choreographic Radio has been broadcasting regular programs on Radio-On-Berlin challenging the medium as to ‘what is dance on radio ?’ They explore the transmission of ideas and structures in dance and choreography to the medium of radio.

They have been invited to make a program at the International Tanz Congress in Hannover with a 2 hour studio audience workshop before the 60 minute live program. Seemingly an impossible task! An hour full of experimental exercises, unanswerable questions, enlightening conversation, psychedelic soundscapes and much more.

This program is based on the Fibonacci sequence of numbers that represent the ideal measurements of the Golden Section and describes patterns in nature. Each module will be timed using this structure. But this is also the key to Kaoss Theory as well, so tune in for possible Order and Kaoss !

Choreographic Radio are:

Sonja Augart.
Annette Van Zwoll.
Ana Trincao
Camilla Milena Feher
Adrian Shephard

with the grateful participation of workshop members and our studio audience.
