Adrian Shephard – Books not Film Part 2 with Peter Dollins

A great new program by Adrian Shephard, who, while in rainy England went to visit Peter Dollins and asked him some questions about writers and the stories that come with them and their books.

Peter Dollins has a huge amount of books, as you can see in the picture. In this program you will hear stories about Norman Mailer,

norman mailer

or Laurie Lee, who wrote one of the finest books for Summer reading ever, “As I walked out one midsummer morning”

07 Laurie Lee

The program is perfect for those who’d like to dream away while they think of all the books they still want to read, or just for the sound of Peter Dollins telling all this stories with a somehow archaic English voice.

Books not Film part 2 will be first broadcasted in July every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday at 12:00-13:00 and every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday at 21:00-22:00 Berlin time (-1 for UK)
