The Wirebender offers a program with live and studio recordings from four groups whose music is dub-oriented or related. Click on the links if you would like to find out more about the bands.
In addition to the music, we would also like to raise awareness for the fundraising action by Simon Williams, one of the members of Mandragora. On this page you can read the following words
“I am running my first marathon in Brighton on my birthday – April 17th. It’s now two years since I recovered from cancer and these fitness challenges are great for me to do. We all know someone touched by cancer and Macmillan do a fantastic job supporting everyone. This year we lost Bowie, Lemmy and countless others. I am dedicating this run to the rock n rollers , Huw Lloyd Langton , Rob Chambers , Daevid Allen , Roger Pomphrey, Judge Trev , Lemmy and Bowie – gone but never forgotten and also to Wendy Pratt who passed away just recently.
Please help me raise money for a charity that do wonderful work supporting those touched by cancer.
