Adrian Shephard was in Turkey. He had his recording machine with him, because one can never know. In this first ‘Postcard from Istanbul’ we hear him talk with Ahmet from Fitisound, a dub producer. But you will hear pretty soon he mixes ottoman elements into his music. The interview is in a restaurant, maybe a bar in Taksim, Istanbul. And this you can tell from the noises in the background.
Fiti speaks on his music, the DIY movement, post Gezi park and how Istanbul is changing. Short tracks from his music are played as well.
